• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven work experience in a secretarial or an administrative capacity Experience 3 – 5 years
• Perfect in the use of computer and MS Office programs.
• Exceptional attention to detail – Must be a good listener and communicator having Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Knowledge of Arabic language an advantage.
• The ability to manage multiple assignments, having stamina, drive and perseverance to handle pressure, adapt to changing conditions handle pressure and conflicting demands, prioritize tasks and workload i.e. having the ability to switch between tasks easily when priorities shift, time management capability to meet tight deadlines
