Restaurant Manager / Brand Incharge
Required for F & B Company with the following responsibilities:
Supervise restaurant staff to ensure proper deployment to meet the business needs.
To communicate effectively with subordinate, superiors and customers.
Create a good working environment and maintain staff morale.
Plan & implement training activities in the restaurant. To help subordinate development.
Maintain administrative work to meet deadline on reports and efficient inventory.
Execute company asset control systems.
Plan short- & long-term objectives & schedules.
Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
Participation, preparation of annual budgets with the District Manager/Area Manager. As required must be able to complete a break-even analysis.
Give supervision and direction to the Assistant and /or Shift Managers for implementation at the restaurant level. District Manager/Area Manager to be informed as required regarding activities.
Ensure Operations execution meets Company standards and customer expectations.
Ensure security of Company assets under his direct management through effective controls and audits.
Manages manpower needs through effective planning for Quantity, Quality and development of manpower. A monthly focus for team member development is to be planned on a monthly basis.
