*F&B Operations Consultant Job *

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop operations manuals for businesses in the F&B and retail industry, inclusive of all the information, processes, and procedures necessary for the proper operations of
the business.


Skills & qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in management science, business administration, or in a related field.
• A strong F&B experience in a large organization as an operations manager/consultant (3- 5 years).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Extensive knowledge of business operational structures and operational enhancement
strategies.
• Experience of business management software.
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of P&L statements including analyzing and controlling food, labor,
maintenance, and other related expenditures.
