Responsibility
? Preparation of Sales quotation, Cost sheets, Letters, Invoice, Delivery note, Purchase orders, GRN, Sales reports, Meeting agenda, MOMs etc.
? Tracking shipments, customs clearance and deliveries
? Data entries, General correspondences related to sales activities and file keeping.
? Assistance to management
Requirements
? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
? 7 plus years experience in sales support in Oil & Gas Industry.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Proficiency in MS Office
? Highly dependable, trustworthy and team player
