Operations:
▪️ Designs and executes Channel structure serving channel/customers strategies
▪️ Delivers channel/customer sales fundamentals targets(SOD,SOS,SOF)
▪️ Deliver Categories/Brands market share
▪️ Monitoring and reporting all channel competitive activities in the relevant Categories/Brands with the relevant retaliation plans
▪️ Plans and executes channel operating plan
▪️ Executing brands strategies and projects in his respective channel/customers
▪️ Setting channel team objectives and conducting periodic assessment
▪️ Training/Coaching/promoting all subordinates
▪️ Accountable for all channel contracts negotiations & implementation
▪️ Lead contract negotiations and Joint business plans with top customers
▪️ Forecasting and monitoring customer-wise channel forecast and sales target delivery
▪️ Ownership of channel deployment of all Categories/Brands initiatives
▪️ Trade expenditures management of his respective channel
▪️ Assessing Channel/Customer profitability and set strategies accordingly
▪️ Building collaborative relationships internally and externally
▪️ Engaging with all multifunctional teams internally to ensure smooth business objectives delivery
▪️ Connecting and collaborating with regional Key Accounts teams to execute global and regional strategies/projects
▪️ Showcasing ROI mindset and cascading it down to his team.
▪️ Close monitory of channel/Customers Stocks level and come up with a solution to level stocks across customers/SKUs (including Non-Performing Items and Close to Expiry)
▪️ Identifies issues/insufficiencies and comes up with profitable and pragmatic solutions.

Educational Qualification and Experience
▪️ General Degree or Diploma with a preference for Business Administration or related field.
▪️ Minimum 7 years of experience in the same or related field.
▪️ Competitive knowledge of the trading area & local market trends
▪️ Business Apps and Microsoft Office proficiency
