A Multinational Retail Company is Hiring
JD as Follows:-
Monthly opening accounting periods for A/R, A/P,
Monthly closing the accounting periods of A/R, A/P, Purchasing, Inventory and Fixed Assets Modules
Verification of any un posted entries and/or error messages and intimate AR& AP users for action.
Creating and validating new Departments and natural accounts upon request from various users after verification and necessity.
Deactivation of Department and /or Natural Accounts when they are not in use subject to the approval of Finance Manager.
Creating New Assets by assigning its required Cost Center, Categories and proper locations and Sub Locations through mass addition process.
Merging related assets and /or Invoices for the similar Cost Center.
Managing system Assets transfer from one location to another with proper location and department.
Retiring various Assets on closure of shops and /or it becomes obsolete once approved by the management.

Run the monthly depreciation process the post the entry to GL.
Monthly reconciling the GL balance with Fixed Assets Sub Ledger.
Monitoring Retail sales posting and guiding user for adjustment entries.
Verifying bank credits and /or reversal transactions and notifying it to the concerned Brand Managers and AR user.
Verify and complete the un posted GL entries.
