Job Required Skills
· Providing first line of support for users of the ECM solution.
· Leading and delivery of troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues.
Job technical & certification requirements
· OpenText ECM Content Server Certification in Administration preferred.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Administering OpenText ECM products.
