Accountant

We are looking for a Accountant who will contribute to the efficient and effective workings of the finance department by executing daily tasks with strong attention to detail. This role will utilize strong accounting knowledge, time management skills, and effective problem solving to ensure success.

Main Accountabilities:

1- The Assists in the management of day-to-day accounting operations
2- Handle cash transactions with customers & cash collection and safeguarding, depositing of money, etc. adhering to Internal control procedures
3- Petty Cash handling as per SOP
4- Ensure management of Daily Cash Accounts & Reports
5- Accurately perform daily reconciliations of Cash, Cheque & Bank transactions.
6- Filing and Records Retention
7- Handling Day-to-Day Accounting & Finance Work
8- Able to work extra hours to complete tasks given and meet deadlines.
Able to multi-task within the given time frame by the department head or management based on the priority of the task/cases.

Job Requirement:

1- Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Accounting/Finance
2- 2-3 years of relevant work experience as an Accountant In F&b

3- Strong MS Office & ERP skills and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. Cash Register, Money Counters, etc)

4- Knowledge of Arabic & English
5- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
6- Team player
7- Honesty and Trustworthiness
8- Accuracy

Terms:
Visa transferable 18
Minimum 3 years in the same field
