Experienced and honest Admin Officer is required to work in Salmiya

Responsibilities:

- Full knowledge and management of government work, such as complete staff renewal process, health cards, company licences, knowlege of all work in Manpower Ministry, Ministry of Interior, Baladiya, Ministry of Commerce & industry, Kuwait Fire Departmetn .. etc

- Ability to converse with and manage Arabic mandoobs and their schedule

- read and type in Arabic and able to fill out all Arabic templates, especially those related to government work

- Maintain Employee Filing System and Electronic Databases

- Handle Embassy Relationships and Visa Issuances

- Maintain company / branches licenses database
