A multinational telecommunication leading organization based in the Middle East and Asia is looking for the position of executive secretary.
Below are the requirements:-
Key skills:
Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements.
Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives.
Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives travel and travel-related activities, including ticket hotel booking.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks at once.
Prepare minutes of the meeting, draft letters and presentations and maintain filing of executives and contacts database.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
Preferred Qualifications and experience
B.com /m.com
experience in finance for more than 3 years.
Communication and interpersonal skills
Full Command in Microsoft office ( excel, Power Point, word)
Analytical skills
English level 6
