JOB DESCRIPTION
. Oversee day to day activity of the operations
. Oversee work execution.
. Oversee to fulfill the open vacancies
. Knowledge of reading drawings
. Focus on providing employees on time
. Completing records for site reports
. Handling multi workers for task
. Assign task for workers.
. Monitoring project progress
. Should demonstrates teamwork.
. Well Leadership
. Analytical thinking
. Excellent organizational skills
. Problem solving orientation and communication abilities with workers
. Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures.
. Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments
. Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
