Job Responsibilities:
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, and procedures to carry out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a world-class service.
• Respond to employees’ requests for technical assistance via phone, chat, or email and resolve problems with networks and/or software systems; document requests and issue a request ticket accordingly.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to systems, software, printers, and hardware.
• Install, modify and restore employees’ computer hardware and software when required.
• Ensure being up to date with current system information, changes, and updates for all software/applications used.
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Establish reports for received complaints, problems, issues, and/or frequently asked questions.
• Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on the installation of software, the configuration of hardware, and problem troubleshooting.
• Follow up with employees to ensure complete resolution of issues.
• Assist with access control configuration to employees across the organization.
• Laptop-Projector setup for Presentations
• Cat 6 cable crimping and cabling when required
• Assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by the Support Services Lead.
Education and certifications:
• Diploma or higher in a relevant field
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.

The salary decided by the customer for this entry-level role is KD 350-400.
