An ideal candidate should:
* Have prior experience in handling a KOC project, upto completion
* Should have his own visa
* should be willing to work for a short-term period (not more than 3 months)
* Should have the capability to oversee a team of 25 team members.
* Should be result-oriented in order to guide the team towards project completion.
* Should have 10 plus years of experience
