The Food and Beverage Operations Manager is responsible
for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets
and supports the F&B department in the developmental
and financial success of the assigned outlets.
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
or Hospitality Management
- HACCP Certification is a plus
- 8 years experience in F&B Operations, out of which 3
years in a managerial role
