Reputed company looking for IT support, candidate must
Indian nationality salary range 350 to 400, the visa should
be 18 and transferable.
*Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails
from staff regarding IT issues and queries.
*Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff
via telephone and email
*1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting of IT related
problems from in-house software to hardware, such as
Windows Server 2016, desktop/laptops, printers, POS,
Google Workspace, CCTV and TCP/IP and general
networks.
