Recruitment Officer
Location: Kuwait
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- 2-5 years of working experience in similar role
- Knowledge of Human Resources & Administration policies and
procedures.
- To support the HR Management to implement approved
recruitment strategies of various departments using internet
tools, online ads, agencies, etc.
- Responsible for the effective management and delivery of the
recruitment process ensuring procedures are followed in a timely
and efficient manner.
- Responsible for arranging interviews, liaising with the relevant
HR Partner teams and line managers to ensure the smooth
running of recruitment campaigns, issuing job offers.
