Bachelor Degree in Computers with minimum 3 years of
experience.
• Receive the incoming calls from end users through help desk.
• Providing 1st level and on-phone support for the customers.
• Providing the customers/users with basic training.
• Providing customer with information and documentation.
• Escalating calls to the appropriate Support Engineers team.
• Owning, tracking and monitoring the received calls during the
call life cycle till closure.
• Assure that the call description and resolution is complete and
all details are provided.
• Coordination with Help Desk to provide information about spare
and defective parts.
• Performing Basic hardware and software installations.
• Close calls on time by informing the helpdesk by phone or email.
