• Job Description
1. Act as the focal point for all HSSE training and awareness for
the project
2. Update and Maintain the Project HSSE Training plan
3. Support the development of new HSE training courses as
determined by the needs of the project to address specific
hazards, trends or the need for refresher training.
4. Providing support to Project Managers and HSE Advisors in the
development and roll-out of Group / local HSSE training
5. Monitoring 'best-practice' and 'lessons learned' from across the
wider organisation and external environment ensuring relevant
opportunities are captured and communicated through
awareness packages / communications.
6. Establish key performance indicators for training and ensure
that they are monitored on a regular frequency.
7. Identify and establish productive relationships with internal and
external stakeholders (particularly client stakeholders) ensuring
their needs are met and project benefit is leveraged.
• Qualification & Skills
1. Minimum six years of experience as HSSE Trainer in refinery,
petrochemical, LNG, fertilizers EPC projects.
2. B.Tech/ B.E./ B.Sc. in Engineering
3. Industrial safety Diploma
4. Certified trainer
5. Professional qualification like ASP/NEBOSH Diploma/CMIOSH
6. Certified Auditors for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
