We are looking to hire a sales manager (Preference to Indians ) for
our esteemed organisation to head the sales department.Only
immediate joiners
The jobs roles and responsibilities may include but not limited to-
(a) Analyzing and understanding market trends,forecasting
demand and supply,competition,etc.
(b) Develop and implement effective and efficient business plan
and strategy for organizational sales and revenue growth.
(c)Maintain a professional and thorough knowledge of all the
products and services the organization promotes for sales lead
generation.
(d)Liaison between departments and business stakeholders to
promote our company brand,product and services.
(e)Direct,monitor,and assign duties and responsibilities to the
sales executives and provide necessary training to achieve sales
objectives and follow up with the sales results.
Eligibility
1.Minimum experience 5 years.
2.Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
3.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4.Ability to lead a sales team.
5.Excellent customer relationship management.
6.Proven track record of positive sales performance.
