Urgently required Pharma Manager with 10 years experience for the Medical agent. Age limit: 30-40 Kuwait Local Hire only
Key Duties And Responsibilities:
• Implement a Key Management strategy to grow the business
• Responsible for achieving sales objectives through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
• Identify & evaluate growth opportunities to maximize business growth.
• Local distributors’ follow-up and Management.
• Manage team sales promotion activities
• Participate in the development & monitor the implementation of procedures & systems that ensure the success of the business & ensure adherence of teams and agents to these systems and procedures
• Implement and track short and long range sales and marketing plans
