What you’ll achieve: As a Junior Server and Network Administrator, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining and managing our customer’s network and server infrastructure. You will work to provide support related to networks, servers, virtualization, and backup solutions.
You will:
• Participate and report on network and server related implementation
• Deploy, maintain and manage network and server infrastructure
• Provide technical support (L2 / L3) to customer”s network and server infrastructure & products, including cisco routers, switches, Aruba Access points, VMware Vcenter , ESX, Veeam and Barracuda Backup, Windows and Linux Servers.
• Work on TASKs and changes related to network and server infrastructure
• Provide weekend on-call support (approximately once every 4 weeks).

Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements
• 2-3 years of related networking and server administration experience
• Must be currently based in Kuwait with transferable visa
• Experience with Virtualization and Backup Solutions with at least 1 year hands-on experience with VMware and Veeam
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SSL)
• Experience with network and server administration processes and documentation
• Fair communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Requirements
• Bachelors degree in computer Science (BSc) and proven IP Networking experience
• 2+ years experience in operating IP Networks, configuring cisco switches and routers and administering Vmware Infrastructure, Windows and Linux servers and Veeam Backup Solutions.
• Industry certifications relevant to the role such as: CCNA, MCSA, VCTA, VMCE etc. Salary: KD 400 based on experience and skill. We prefer young candidates between the age group of 22-30.
