Job Overview:

Office Manager is the behind-the-scenes collaborator who main job responsibilities are focused on helping Directors and employees.
Duties will involve greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and supervising our office staff to ensure maximum productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Overseeing general office operation.
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
Preparing letters, presentations and reports
Assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.
Carrying out any tasks entrusted by the direct manager in a manner that does not conflict with the interests of the Company.

Organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
