Well known company is looking for Quality & Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1.Training operation from end to end
2.Define training needs and SOPs, implementing process flow and training metrics across all CS functions
3.Produce organizational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs and manage training delivery measurement and follow up as necessary
4.Build training process and SLAs and adhere it it for better support to business and strategic business units
5. Generate reports and records (workload, audit)
6. Monitor measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed format and timescale.
7. Lead, direct ,evaluate and develops team of training professionals to ensure that the organization training and development strategy is implemented effectively.
8. Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
9.Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control process.
10.Oversee all product development procedures to identify devotions from quality standard.
Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
11.Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
