Sales & Marketing Manager (Female)

a high-end Luxury Perfume brand based in Kuwait looking for Sales & Marketing Manager. dynamic and ambitious to join our growing team:
Job responsibilities and duties:
- Force to achieve sales & Marketing and profit goals.
- Design and recommend shops sales & Marketing programs.
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.
- Visit individual stores on regular basis and evaluate store performances periodically
- Identify scope of Corporate, Occasional and Institutional Sales & Marketing Development.
- Ensure that department goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- Provide training for the sales & Marketing team to achieve the company goals.

Job Requirements and skills:
· Being a sales & Marketing Manager requires bachelor’s degree in business related disciplines.
· This position is only for Kuwait based candidate with transferable residency 18 No.
· Typically requires 5 – 10 years’ experience in the same field.
· Able to carry out analysis and interpretation of sales & Marketing data.
