Looking for a Purchasing / Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures that materials needed on site are readily available as at when needed.
- Plan and strategize for supplies that will be needed for projects.
- Reviewing quotations; negotiating prices, delivery terms with our manufacturers and suppliers.
- Maintaining procurement files in orderly and updated by the day. Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipment’s in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
- Vast Knowledge in real estate Prefer to work in real estate for a minimum of 2 years.
