Looking for F&B Cost Controller with minimum 3 plus years of experience in a similar field, who will be responsible for overseeing all F&B costs of food and beverage items. Record information and produce control ‎reports periodically to help maintain a suitable costing/inventory of food and beverage items for the ‎restaurant. ‎Help change price menus or change the prices of certain items based on the information they ‎collect. Recommend solutions if food or beverage shortages occur.

Requirements for the role: Excellent computer skills, Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and previous ERP systems experience required.
Education: Bachelor degree major in Costing / accounting or relevant
Languages: Excellent command of English
