Am looking for Purchasing Officer with minimum 3 plus years of experience in F&B, who is responsible for supplying the company with its material and service requirements and interacts with vendors for acquisition of materials.

Requirements for the role: Plan and organize the procurement process and acquiring of equipment and services from suppliers.
• Negotiate and review supplier’s quotes, conditions & payment terms
• Action Purchase Orders in coordination with responsible departments
• actively manage and oversee the process of closing out completed orders.
• Maintain supplier master data files of contacts, correspondence, signed contracts, pricing, proposals, history etc... in hard & soft format.
• Perform other contract procurement related duties as assigned.
• Source suppliers worldwide to achieve best quality, price & time.
Languages: Excellent command of English & Arabic
