Job Title: Local Purchase Officer.
Qualification & skills:
1)Educational qualification
• Min. Diploma in Commerce or Mechanics
2)Years of experience
• 5 years
3)Additional skills
• Negotiations / Communication
• Knowledge of office management systems
• Experience of purchasing systems
• Preferred working experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP system.
• Computer literacy
• Bilingual
Reporting to : Supply Chain Manager
Responsibility and Authority :
• Ensure Compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 (FSMS)
standards for Quality and Food Safety.
• To ensure items are purchased, including sourcing from
different suppliers
• Receive and enter purchase Requisitions & Cash lists.
• Send for inquiries and get quotations. Make comparative
statements.
• Placing of Purchase orders and maintain all records.
• Plan for and schedule the delivery of goods and services
required
• Reconciliation of delivery notes and invoices.
• Any other job assigned by Manager / Management.
