1. JD FOR Telecom Field Technicians – 5 (Should be able to work on tower)
2. Telecom Riggers – 5 (Should be able to work on tower)
Rigger
 Alignment and Anchoring of Telecom equipment and Tower extensions
 Skilled use of pulleys and blocks and fixation, bolting, clamping to overhead structures according to
load weights and sizes
 Handling controlled movement of heavy equipment through confined spaces and narrow passages
 Skillfulness in climbing Towers, Poles or any elevated heights
 Telecom Installations of RF and MW equipment antennas, RRU, ODU, IDU and supporting
equipment & hardware including poles, winches, clamps, brackets, ladders and trays
 Antenna installation ,alignment and commissioning
 LOS Survey and identifying feasibility of candidate sites
 Organized Cabling, cable routing, cable terminator crimping & splicing, Cable termination to
equipment interfaces, accurately
 Civil works including installation of Poles, brackets, clamps, bolts, cable organizers, ladders, trays
trunk and pipes
 Support in Tower Erection procedures and tower commissioning
 Safety awareness and use of PPE kits. Awareness of Occupational Health & Safety procedures
including First Aid, Fire-fighting, security required for working on heights, RF & radiation security and
related self-security onsite
 After usage, dismantle of rigging equipment, site cleanliness, removal of unwanted items and
delivery of items to appropriate locations
Technician
 Telecom Installations of RF and MW equipment antennas, RRU, ODU, IDU, Power equipment and supporting equipment & hardware including Poles, clamps, winches, brackets, ladders and trays
 Testing TI equipment, support structures, coverage and link quality using appropriate tools such as VSWR/BER testing, Tension meter, Torque testing.
 LOS Survey and identifying feasibility of candidate sites
 Organized Cabling, Cable ladder installations, cable routing, cable terminator crimping & splicing,
Cable termination to equipment interfaces, accurately. Testing of cable termination quality and
completeness.
 Civil works including installation of Poles, brackets, clamps, bolts, cable organizers, ladders, trays
turnkey and pipes.
 Tower assembly, support in Tower Erection procedures and tower commissioning
 Assisting Riggers for all onsite activity with full support, cooperation of coordination of required
tasks.
 After usage, dismantle of supporting equipment used, site cleanliness, removal of unwanted items
and delivery of items to appropriate locations
 Safety awareness and use of PPE kits. Awareness of Occupational Health & Safety procedures
including First Aid, Fire-fighting, security required for working on heights, RF & radiation security and related self-security onsite.
