Location: Kuwait

Urgently required Sr. Lab technician for Multinational food production company.

Main role:

To ensure the product maintain the food safety and quality
Ensure critical control point inspection is being adhered to
Microbiological inspection of raw and finished products
Finished product specifications as per customer requirements
Issuing & monitoring of chemicals required for the production

Area of responsibility (not limited to) :

Inspecting the chlorine and acidity levels in the wash tanks insuring that goods are being washed effectively with the required dosage of chemicals.
Ensuring all CCP’S are well maintaining during production
Making sure room temperature of the production area is within the required limits
Ensure Health & Hygiene standards are being met at all times
Shelf-life analysis by testing retained samples on daily basis.
Packaging inspections like sealing, Labeling.
Online inspection of Production cut size which involves machine shredding, Manual cutting and other machine operating.

Knowledge & Skills needed:

Bachelor’s degree in microbiology
3 to 5 experience in the same position
Understanding of food hygiene & safety
Environmental background
Shelf-life analysis
Agricultural knowledge
Water & Food analysis
HACCP
