A well reputed group of companies is looking for an

“HR Manager”

• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in a similar position with Industrial and Manufacturing Company’s background.
• Candidate must know Kuwaiti Labor law develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, specialists and responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.
• They may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.
• Good problem-solving ability and resourceful.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as a team player.
• Able to multi-task, organized and prioritize with a sense of urgency and work in a fast-paced environment within tight deadlines.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office.
• Arabic nationality.
• Holding a Bachelor Degree in commerce or equivalent/ Diploma in HR Management.
• Must be Article 18 transferable.
• Must speak English fluently.
• Must be ready to join as soon as possible.
