Executive Manager - Compliance is required for Commercial Bank of Kuwait

Preparation of an annual risk based Compliance policy that needs to be updated to ensure compliance with all relative laws and resolutions, while identifying, assessing, monitoring and reporting all material compliance risks.
Updating BCGC bylaws for BCGC/ BOD review and approval
Reviewing, updating and ensuring implementation of the annually approved Bank “Compliance Program”.
Reviewing all letters addressed by the bank to CB/CMA to ensure compliance/consistency
Reporting to the BCGC on the maintenance and status of Compliance in the Bank, on an annual basis.

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Law or Accounting.
Minimum: 10 years related experience, with at least 4 years in a Managerial Position
