ELECTRICAL ENGINEER BMS
• Must be B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical / Electronic graduate.
• Must have Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Maximum age should be 40 years
• Must have experience in extra low voltage system.
• Experience in engineering designing.
• Experience in BMS (building management system)
installation of fire alarm, CCTV, PAS (public addressing
system) etc.
• Experience in BAS (building automation system) especially
motors.
• Review and validate consultant design packages in the
above systems.
• Review and validate subcontractor proposals, material
submittals, method statements and the like.
• Manage, schedule and monitor the implementation of
Access Control, CCTV and Structured Cabling systems etc.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC procedures
• Lead and guide site engineers and supervisors.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and simple manner in
verbal and written.
