Urgent Requirement for a Purchasing Officer Female
A reputed interior contracting company is looking for a Female Purchasing Officer with 3-4 year experience.

Job Profile;
- Researching Potential vendors
- Comparing and Evaluating offers from Suppliers
- Negotiating contract terms of Agreement and Pricing
- Purchasing materials from local and international suppliers/manufacturers.
- Good knowledge of Bank Letter of Credit/ International, Local & Transferable.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchase, cost analyses.
- Maintain library of material samples/catalogs.
- Prepare purchase budgeting for each project.
- Ensures deadlines are met by maintaining a system.
- Maintain electronic and manual filing system.
- Making quotations, Purchase orders, invoices.
- Coordinating with site staff to ensure proper storage.
- Maintain confidentiality in all the aspects.
