Sales Specialist – Aluminum Composite Panel !!!

Job Responsibilities
· Identify the potential customers like Construction companies, Architects, Contractors, building owners, and Developers, to generate the sales leads.
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell the portfolio to potential customers.
· Maintain customer rapport and build relations with customers.
· Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
· Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
· Answers customers’ questions on the phone or introduces or refers callers to the appropriate person
· Ensures customers’ awareness of all products and services available
· Resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve others when needed
· Addresses customer hesitation and resistance
· Prospects for new customers
· Communicates with customers periodically to ensure that positive relationships are maintained
· Follow the Order-to-Delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction
· Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Candidate Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
· Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in relevant field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Customer oriented and enjoys interaction with people
· Possess high level of selling and convincing skills
· Ability to solve practical problems
· Team Player
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
· Only candidates currently based in Kuwait will be considered.
· Must possess a valid Kuwait driver’s license.
