Data Entry Specialist (Air Freight Forwarding / Import & Export)



Responsibilities:



Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms

Check completed work for accuracy and correct data when necessary

Comply with data integrity and security policies

Research required information using available resources

Prepare and finalize reports (i.e., End of Day Report, other reports as requested)

Ensure that assigned and discussed KPIs are met

Perform other related/ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the client or Team Leader

Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with Data Entry-related tasks as delegated in urgent



Requirements:



At least 1-year experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a MUST or 2-years of solid Data Encoder experience

Licensed broker and with import/export shipment data entry experience is an advantage

Fresh graduates of BS Customs Administration or any shipping/freight forwarding courses are welcome to apply

With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills

Knowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacy

Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written
