Leading Medical Equipment Company required Service Technician.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform Assigned PMS as per service contracts and warranty PMS for medical furniture equipment including but not limited to medical ICU/patient beds, stretchers, mobile/ceiling patient lifts, body composition analyzers, scales , gyno chairs , recliners, carts, diagnostic sets.

2. Attend breakdown calls (not bound to office timing) assigned by service coordinator/ Team leader, perform troubleshooting, diagnose the problem and solve it, update service ticket, request/collect and install required parts to solve the problem.

3. Report/escalate service problems whenever required to team leader and act according to team leader instructions aiming for quick and efficient problem solving ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Perform assigned installations activities for sales contract including item distribution, equipment installation commissioning, installation report signing and collection.

5. Perform assign installations activities for Mega project including item distribution, equipment installation commissioning.

6. Perform assigned supplier field actions, submit and collect supplier's customer response from signed from the customer.

7. Perform other tasks assigned to him that management sees necessary.

Job Requirement

1. High School diploma or higher education.
2. Good Knowledge of Electricity and electronics
3. Good Communication Skills
4. No Medical conditions specially spine and back issue since the job includes handling some heavy equipment's.
5. Valid Driving License or eligibility to issue.
