Job Title: Public Relations Manager

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for maintaining the public image of employees and clients within the company.
- Utilize all available means to uphold a positive public image for the company, organization, or institution.
- Manage and organize conferences, media inquiries, press releases, and correspondence.
- Oversee employee activities and participate in the recruitment of new employees.
- Develop and implement strategies and policies related to public relations.
- Manage internal and external communication processes, including interactions with other companies, institutions, and journalists.
- Update and maintain company information and data on a regular basis.
- Act as the official spokesperson for the company.
- Provide consulting and technical services in the field of public relations.
- Innovate creative methods to enhance the organization's excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies.
- Coordinate with various departments and institutions to promote company activities.
- Write and edit articles and prepare annual reports.
- Communicate with various media outlets to inform them about the organization's activities and events.
- Respond to media, individual, and corporate inquiries.
- Organize company events, including press conferences, exhibitions, trips, and more.
- Handle communication with people and clients via telephone and email.
- Greet and host visitors and interviewees.
- Attend regular company meetings.
- Strengthen social relations.
- Assist senior management in goal setting.
- Archive and organize files containing company activity information.
- Foster and achieve collaboration between the company and external stakeholders such as suppliers.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
- Public Relations
- Media and Journalism
- English Language
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Human Resources Management
- Information Systems Management

Experience:

3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Public Relations Manager.
- 6-8 years of experience in the field.
- Completion of relevant training courses such as advertising, business management, and public relations.
