Job Title: Sales Representative - Logistics and Freight Forwarding

Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The employee should have a strong background in sales, logistics, and freight forwarding, and be able to work independently to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and exceptional service
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
• Achieve sales targets and goals
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers
• Work closely with operations and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and competitive activity
• Continuously improve sales processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
• Resolve customer complaints by developing solutions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics and freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
