Urgent Requirement Electrical Engineer Sales Coordination and Project Execution

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations and Entering order information into the company database if instructed.

Follow up with supplier to ensure timely material delivery in coordination with the client.

Maintain file backups for sales follow up and progress tracking.

Coordinate with supplier and clients for document receipt.

Coordinate with Client and supplier for project document submission and approvals.

Maintain tracking for document submittals and approvals.

Regularly check KNPC and KOC online portal and update the opportunity list.

Coordinate with other departments of the company such as Stores dept for material delivery arrangements and finance dept for invoice submission to the customers.

Candidate Profile:

1. Requirement open to all nationals

2. Bachelor degree in electrical engineering.

3. 2 3 Years of experience
