JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Management:
You will handle product management tasks, such as adding and organizing products, managing inventory levels, creating product variations, and updating product information like titles, descriptions, and images.

Order Processing and Fulfillment
As a Shopify admin, you will process incoming orders, update order statuses, manage order fulfillment, and coordinate with shipping providers to ensure timely delivery. You may also handle returns and refunds.

Customer Support
You might be responsible for providing customer support through various channels like email, live chat, or phone. This involves assisting customers with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on using the store or making purchases.

Candidate must have transferable residence Article 18 or 22
Salary KD 250 (Negotiable)
English is must. Arabic (Preferrable)
