A leading Factory based in Kuwait require the position of “Senior Production Supervisor”:

Responsibilities:
· Manage, train and motivate all shift operators to ensure that they meet their objectives.
· Discipline, council and guide shift operators to ensure that company procedures, policies and regulations are followed at all times.
· Monitor and improve Health and Safety practices to ensure a safe environment and to minimize incidents.
· Monitor, improve and control all packaging resources to improve the overall factory efficiency (reduce the cost per hectoliter).
· Monitor and control packaging processes to minimize waste.
· Monitor and control quality processes to ensure that quality products are produced, which will lead to customer satisfaction.
· Compile various packaging reports (e.g. Daily headcount, Foreman Checklist, Filler stoppage Sheet, Non-Conformance report, Stock issues/returns) to ensure a streamline auditable operation and to measure performance.
ORGANOGRAM PROBLEM SOLVING
· A major challenge of this job is to motivate staff and to coach/train the operators to work smarter and harder. Find preventive and corrective solutions in the packaging process when materials or machines run out of specification. It is a challenge to find the root cause of a problem as quickly and efficiently as possible and to ensure that corrective action is taken effectively.
FRAMEWORK AND BOUNDARIES
· Make adjustments to the packaging process to get it back within the laid down specifications. Major problems will be discussed with the Production or QA Manager before corrective action is taken. Engineering will deal with machine breakdowns.
Routine staff functions (e.g. approval of leave) are the Foreman’s responsibility.
BACKGROUND
· The packaging line is a combination line (for different
SKU’s). There is much pressure to improve the factory efficiency and to coach operators to become World Class.

Qualifications//Experience/Knowledge
Higher education Qualification.
Must have Experience at factory.
Experience in packaging processes, -machines, QA,
WCM, discipline procedures, Health, and Safety.
Team leader, energetic, problem solver, good
communicator.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
