Job Description:
• Maintain food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance standards.
• Ensure that all applicable health codes and regulations are followed.
• Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas of the food truck.
• Keep track of food costs and inventory.
• Maintain required records and update the daily reports.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Food Truck

• Preferred candidates with proficiency in basic Excel.
