Looking for a Receptionist Cum Catering Assistant to join our team:
Job description:
Greeting customers and visitors with positive attitude. Providing catering support with receiving online orders and assigning to concern person. Answering call and taking orders from customers. Processing with the orders and follow up with the customers Assisting colleagues with administrative task. Corresponding with Email, scheduling with appointments and taking notes. Order office supplies and keep inventory on stock Requirements :
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Preferred with a Bachelor degree or Diploma Must be Bilingual Preferred 1 -2 years of work experience Strong organization skills
