Computer Accessories Supply Co is looking for Account Assistant in Hawally.
Job Description: -
1. Record Day to day accounting transactions (Such as Purchase Invoices, Expenses, Receipts, Payments) in ERP System
2. Follow up with Customer for Payment on regular basis.
3. Reconciliation of Supplier Statement and issued monthly payments
4. Reconciliation to Daily Cash and K-Net Transaction
5. Bank Reconciliation on weekly Basis
6. Stock Management and Review on periodic basis
7. Keep a complete track record of receivables and payables
Must be Account Graduate
Minimum 1- or 2-years’ Experience
Good Communication and Writing Skills in English Language
Good hand on Excel
Previous experience on any ERP System is preferred
Immediate Joining or less notice period will be advantage
Salary Range 250.00KD to 300.00KD based on experience
