Guld Cryo Kuwait in Mina Abdullah is looking for Sales Coordinator
Job role:
1. Receive orders via various media and fulfil order transactions in Oracle. Manage customer order scopes such as quote, contract, PO, credit, consumption, service, and satisfaction. Support Sales Account Manager to meet deal with the same.
2. Support the Sales Department with market information and prepare insight studies.
3. Build a data bank including customer names, contact details, etc.
4. Input all orders received in the ERP system.
5. Creation of all customer profiles in the ERP system.
6. Monitor and input pricing of products to customers.
7. Monitor purchase orders, sales agreements, and contracts.
8. Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivered products, methods, and delivery time.
9. Follow-up on customer service issues to ensure proper order completion.
10. Monitor company assets (cylinder holdings).
11. Provide customer or sales information as required.

18 Transferable residency only.
Should be able to join immediately or on short notice.
Previous experience at least 5 years or more.
Previous experience in Oil & gas industry (Preferred).
