Vacancy for Budgeting and Reporting Manager
- Candidates must hold valid 18 no. transferable visa for Kuwait.

· Review and approve the accounting procedures, financial reporting systems, and financial budgeting and forecasting models in order to ensure financial control and accurate and timely delivery of financial reports and business analysis.
· Design effective budget models for departments and the entire company.
· Ensure that the expenses of the accounts managed do not exceed the unit's allocated budget.
· Responsible for requesting budget changes, submitting transfers, approving transactions and requesting payments.
· Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget.
· Review budget proposals and prepare financial documents and reports.
· Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period.
· Suggest spending improvements that increase profits.
· Review the company’s budget for compliance with legal regulations.
· Ensure department managers meet budget submission deadlines.
· Report periodically to the Group CFO on the progress of large-scale business transformation projects, business performance, opportunities and threats and advise solutions.
· Finalize the corporate financial performance for submission to the chairman and declaration to the shareholders.
· Keep abreast with all legal requirements and ensure full adherence of ALARGAN Group to the laws and regulations as well as other regulatory requirements.
. Maintain knowledge of developments and trends and best practices in the area of business management and corporate governance, in order to ensure innovative and state-of-the-art support functions and business solutions.
Education : Postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance and is familiar with legal regulations of accounting and budgeting

Previous Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience of which at least 5 years in a senior managerial position
