We are #hiring from inside Kuwait only a highly experienced :

Office Manager

to take the lead of the following responsibilities:

1. Providing support to the superior and assisting him as required.
2. Supervising office staff.
3. Organize office operations and procedures.
4. Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions.
5. Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.
6. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, agenda/diary, conference/committees, and conference telephone calls, take minutes.
7. Review and approve supply requisitions.
8. Maintain office equipment.
9. Supervise Staff attendance.
10. Managing communication channels on management’s behalf:
- Phone calls (international/ local)
- Word-processing /Correspondence/typing, regular mail, and secretarial support. Public-relations support with contacts and clients.
11. Support in communicating info to and from employees and arranging for meetings.
12. Managing trip plans (travel reservations, accommodation, etc.)
13. Managing guests’ hospitalities (Hotels, Airport pickup, tickets...
14. Perform other related duties as required.
