Vacancy for Leasing Manager - Local hires in Kuwait only
· Maximize occupancy & achievable rents for ALARGAN commercial Project
· Negotiate commercial lease transactions
· Reviewing applications for new tenants to ensure that they meet all requirements
· Maintaining contact with current tenants to ensure that they are satisfied with the projects
· Handle tenant inquires, concerns and feedback
· Prepare the monthly leasing report with zero errors to be presented to the SVP- Leasing.
· Maintain, develop and regularly updates tenants’ data base.
· Develop a client base that generates qualified and sustainable number of referrals.
· Assist with campaign activities for marketing of available properties and vacant spaces.
Proper coordination with team executives and various departments.
Monitor and report projects’ vacancy levels to Senior Vice President-Leasing.
Liaise with Project Management to ensure that all the drawings are submitted by tenant and approved by the project management as per set schedule.
Ensures proper handover of units to tenants
Monitor lease expirations and proactively contact existing tenants for renewals or extensions.
Work diligently and collaboratively with various departments and the Legal team to “get the lease done” in a timely fashion.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Management
Previous Experience
5+ years of leasing experience
