• Install and configure computer software and hardware operating systems and applications
• Identify computer problems and advise on the solution
• Provide computer support services both for software and hardware for employees based on requests and periodic needs
• Respond to employee call-outs/ IT tickets for assistance in a timely fashion. Escalate critical problems to management
• Interact with employee to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
• Gather employee information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
• Keep records of customer/employee queries. Analyze queries to understand common trends and underlying problems
• Provide timely information, updates, guidelines and trainings to employees to effectively use and manage their computer systems and/or software programs
